In individual cases, it can take up to 40 business days (e.g., due to customs or transport routes).


Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped directly from Thailand.


Which shipping service provider is used?

We ship with Thailand Post (Airmail).


When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–4 business days of payment receipt.


Is there a tracking number?

Tracking is available for many shipments.
Please note that this cannot always be guaranteed.

What payment methods are available?

  • Prepayment (Bank Transfer)

When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed only after receipt of payment.



🧾 Customs & Import

Do I have to pay customs duties or fees?

Since shipping is from Thailand, customs duties or import taxes may occasionally apply.

  • In many cases, shipments are delivered without additional costs
  • In some cases, fees may be charged
  • These are to be borne by the buyer

Why did I have to pay customs?

Customs decisions are made by the respective country and are beyond our control.


Am I allowed to import the products into my country?

Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

We cannot check this in advance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Why does shipping take longer than with Amazon?

We ship directly from Thailand. This results in longer delivery times, but you receive special products that are often not available locally.


Why is there no continuous tracking?

Tracking is not always available depending on the shipping method and destination country.
