Customs, Import Sales Tax and Other Import Duties

All orders are shipped directly from Thailand.

Depending on the destination country, additional costs may arise, in particular:

  • Import sales tax

  • Value Added Tax (VAT)

  • Customs duties

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Handling fees from shipping service providers

  • other national or regional charges

These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are to be borne exclusively by the buyer.

For deliveries to the European Union, import sales tax, national VAT or other import duties may be levied by the responsible authorities.


Buyer's Responsibility for Import

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may be imported, possessed, used or resold in the respective destination country.

Please inform yourself about the laws, import regulations and product regulations applicable in your country before placing an order.

We cannot check the importability of our products for every country and therefore assume no liability for:

  • refused imports

  • import restrictions

  • seizures

  • import bans

  • destruction of goods by authorities

  • missing permits or approvals


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned, destroyed or withheld due to customs or import regulations, there is no claim for reimbursement of the original shipping costs.

Incurred return shipping costs, storage fees, customs duties, handling fees or other costs may be deducted from any potential refund.

Refusing a shipment does not constitute a valid cancellation.
