📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 10–25 business days.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 40 business days, for example due to customs clearance or transportation delays.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped directly from Thailand.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with Thailand Post (Registered Airmail).

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment has been received.

Is tracking available?

Tracking is available for many shipments.

Please note that tracking cannot be guaranteed for every destination or shipping method.

Which payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed only after full payment has been received.

🧾 Customs & Import Duties

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

As all orders are shipped directly from Thailand, customs duties, import taxes or other import charges may apply depending on your country's regulations.

  • Many shipments arrive without additional charges.
  • Some shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
  • Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Why did I have to pay customs charges?

Customs decisions are made by the authorities in the destination country and are entirely outside our control.

Can I import these products into my country?

Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may legally be imported into the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot verify this in advance.

I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk mail folder first.

If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Please allow up to 40 business days for delivery.

If your order has still not arrived after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We ship directly from Thailand. This means delivery takes longer, but it also allows us to offer unique products that are often unavailable in local stores.

Why isn't tracking available throughout the entire shipment?

Depending on the destination country and shipping method, tracking updates may be limited or temporarily unavailable.
