DDP shipping is calculated according to the weight of the package:

DDP shipping means that the shipping service is designed to handle applicable import charges and customs processes according to the applicable shipping arrangement.

• Worldwide shipping from Thailand
• Shipping carrier: Thailand Post / registered international air mail or applicable shipping service
• Processing time: approximately 1–4 business days after payment has been received
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or Thai public holidays.

• Orders are shipped directly from Thailand.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or Thai public holidays.
• Delivery delays caused by postal services, airlines, customs authorities or local delivery companies are beyond our control.
• Larger orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
• Shipping costs are calculated according to the applicable destination zone and, where applicable, package weight.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Charges

For standard shipments, additional charges may apply depending on the destination country, including:

• Import VAT
• Local VAT or sales tax
• Customs duties
• Customs clearance fees
• Carrier handling fees
• Other national or regional import charges

These charges are not included in the standard product price or standard shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer unless the selected shipping service specifically includes them.

For DDP shipments, applicable import charges are handled according to the terms of the DDP shipping service.

Buyer's Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may legally be imported, possessed, used or resold in the destination country.

Please check your local laws, import regulations and product requirements before placing an order.

As regulations differ between countries, we cannot verify whether every product is eligible for import into every destination and therefore cannot accept liability for:

• Refused imports
• Import restrictions
• Customs seizures
• Import bans
• Destruction of goods by authorities
• Missing permits, licences or approvals

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, not collected, returned, confiscated or destroyed due to customs or import regulations, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any return shipping costs, storage fees, customs charges, handling fees or other related expenses may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a shipment does not constitute a valid cancellation of the purchase.
