Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which:

  • you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods; or
  • in the case of multiple goods delivered separately, the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take possession of the last item.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charges (if applicable), excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For international returns, the buyer is also responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, import and export charges, taxes, brokerage fees and any other charges associated with returning the goods to Thailand.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the customer's specifications.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Goods clearly tailored to the customer's individual requirements.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

International Orders

All orders are shipped directly from Thailand.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products may legally be imported into the destination country.

Any import VAT, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees or other import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Business Customers

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.

Business customers and commercial purchasers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal unless otherwise required by applicable law.
